How do I assign a job to someone?

On Jobs, change the agent on the row. You do not have to open the job. Agents cannot reassign.
A manager can assign any agent or team lead.
A team lead can assign only themselves or someone on their crew. They cannot unassign.
The assigned person gets an email when you assign, reschedule, or cancel.
