What Gatavo is
Gatavo is field service management software for European trades and service businesses — one web app to look professional, get invoices paid, and turn finished jobs into Google reviews. It runs in any browser, with nothing to install.
You look professional from the first message.
Your quotes, invoices, work certificates, and client emails all carry your company's logo and wording. The client opens a branded page — no login, nothing to install. A work certificate is generated together with the invoice, so every finished job comes with signed proof. A client can even accept or decline a quote online without an account. Removing the small "Powered by Gatavo" line is available on Pro.
The invoice takes care of itself.
The moment you complete a job, Gatavo prepares a branded invoice with VAT and a bank QR code. Send it yourself, or let Gatavo send it 1, 24, or 48 hours after the job is done — or keep it manual and send every invoice by hand. Your client scans the QR code with their banking app and pays in seconds. Auto-invoicing is included from the Starter plan.
Finished jobs ask for the review.
On Pro and Business, Gatavo asks each client for a Google review after the job, on the schedule you choose. Happy clients are guided to your Google profile; unhappy ones reach you privately first, before they post. On Starter you can send a review request by hand. Steady, genuine reviews help nearby clients find you and choose you with confidence.
Every client has a history.
Open any client and you see their jobs, quotes, invoices, notes, and files, plus one Recent Activity feed. The feed even shows when a client likely opened an email — automated bot and scanner opens are filtered out, so you see real reads. Nothing is buried in your inbox; the whole relationship is on one page. This is on every plan.

- Recurring visits schedule themselves (Pro).

What it does not do
- It is a web app in any browser. There is nothing to download or install.
- It does not send text messages.
- It does not track location or plan driving routes.
- Clients pay by bank QR, or you can add your own payment link. There is no card terminal.
- The website form is a lead form, not a calendar of bookable time slots.
- Gatavo does not include machine-learning tools in the product.
- It does not sync with third-party accounting software.
- We do not publish customer or revenue statistics we have not measured.
Pricing
Starter is €19, Pro is €39, and Business is €69 per month at the annual list price, in EUR. Every trial is the full Business tier for 14 days. No credit card required.

The app and this website are available in English, Lithuanian, Polish, and Russian. Invoices and client emails use the language the company chooses.
