Ask clients for a Google review, automatically or by hand.

• How do I turn on automatic review requests?Go to Settings → Reviews. Set the delay, cooldown, Google Place ID, and star rule. Save.
• How do happy clients go to Google?The client opens a simple star form. If the stars meet your rule, they go to Google. If not, the review stays inside Gatavo.
• How do I ask for one review by hand?Open Reviews. Click Ask review. Pick the client and a completed job. Click Send review request.
• How do I read the reviews funnel?Open Reviews. The Funnel shows how many requests were sent, likely opened, opened the form, submitted, and went to Google.
