What is a team lead?

A team lead is a field worker who also runs a small crew. They are not a manager.

They do jobs themselves. They can hand work to their agents and see those jobs. They use Analytics for the crew, not My Performance.

They cannot open Clients, Quotes, Services & Products, Reviews, or company Settings. They cannot settle pay. They cannot make a repeating job.

A company can have zero team leads. Only a manager can invite one and attach agents (see How do I invite a team lead and attach agents?).
