How do I add services or a discount on a job?

Open the job. In Services & products, click Add service. Use Add discount if you need a percent off.

1. Open the job.
2. In Services & products, click Add service.
3. Pick From Catalog and search, or Custom Service.
4. Set Quantity and Price. Save.
5. Click Add discount for a percent on the services subtotal. Clear removes it.

Add at least one service before Complete if you want an invoice right away. If you complete with no services, you can add lines later and click Generate Invoice.

Agents cannot add services after the job is completed or cancelled. Agents can set a discount only before completion.
