When does the visit reminder go out?

Gatavo emails the client about 24 hours before a scheduled visit. Edit the mail in Settings → Emails → Visit reminder.

1. The job must have a Visit Date in the future (see How do I set or change the visit time?).
2. The client must have an email.
3. About 24 hours before the visit, they get the Visit reminder email.
4. To change the words: Settings → Emails → Visit reminder. Edit SUBJECT and BODY. Click Save template.
5. Variables you can insert: {{clientName}}, {{visitDate}}, {{visitAddress}}, {{visitNotes}}, {{jobNumber}}, {{companyName}}.

There is no separate “send reminder now” button. Send test on that screen only mails you a sample.
