Type at least 3 characters in Search jobs or job ID…. That search looks at all history, including numbers like JOB-00000005.

You can also filter by status, agent (managers), and city. Use the week or month picker at the top.

In Active jobs, each day has a header — Today, Yesterday, Tomorrow, or the date — and a count such as 2 jobs. New job requests and Forgotten In-Progress jobs stay one flat list.

A job with no visit date can sit on the day of its follow-up (see How do I set a follow-up reminder?).
