How do I turn on automatic review requests?

Go to Settings → Reviews. Set the delay, cooldown, Google Place ID, and star rule. Save.
Auto-send needs Pro. On Starter you can still send one review by hand.
- Click Settings → Reviews.
- Set Delay before sending (days after the job is done).
- Set Cooldown period so the same client is not asked too soon.
- Paste Google Place ID. Use How to find this → if you need help.
- Set Redirect to Google when rating is (5★ only, 4★ or higher, 3★ or higher, or Always).
- Optional: follow-up email, and Email me when a new review is received.
- Click Save review settings.
