How do I add photos or notes?

Open the job. Notes and files live in that panel.

• Notes: type a note on the job.
• Photos and files: attach images or PDFs. Jobs with photos show a small count on the list.
• Call and Maps sit at the top of the panel.

Agents cannot change notes or files after the job is completed or cancelled.
